I mean how our immune system tries to maintain the balance and buffer any imbalance caused by any external factor which can be in the form of anything like we get the fever if any harmful bacterias are residing in our bodily system, as a result, it raises the temperature to kill those intruders and how remarkably our body heals itself whenever we get any cut or how it tries to restore its natural order whenever we moved off its track. Sweatathon in Karachi by Gatorade Pakistan Hey, peeps after a long time I am back again with the same spirit of channelling different pieces of information on a single platform of mine. You guys may be wondering that where I have been since these past months, well I had some issue with my previous laptop so I was deeply involved in the hassle and was ultimately trying my best to save the data which I had on that laptop and fortunately I am successful in recovering the data so I just transferred that on this new laptop and finally back to old business. So Gatorade Pakistan just held a fitness event in Karachi which can be said to be one of the first fitness events of Pakistan. The race started with an initial warm-up on the treadmill at full pace for about 7 to 8 minutes after that everyone had to proceed towards starting point to take their positions before the race starts.
