Are we taking the right care of our body? Yes or No
How to let's see
Hey, So I just kept buzzing my mind to find any new idea or topic I would write and after some minutes of the time, my mind hit me with an idea and I observed that how perfect our whole body is? I mean how our immune system tries to maintain the balance and buffer any imbalance caused by any external factor which can be in the form of anything like we get the fever if any harmful bacterias are residing in our bodily system, as a result, it raises the temperature to kill those intruders and how remarkably our body heals itself whenever we get any cut or how it tries to restore its natural order whenever we moved off its track. So all these functions can only be achieved in the best way if we are taking good care of our body. In good care, a lot of things can be involved which I am going to highlight in this blog. So happy reading till the end 😊
Count your calories
Yes, you need to count your calories if you want to live a healthy life especially if you don't have an active lifestyle. You need to make sure that you are not storing any excess calories in the form of fat which could lead to many harmful diseases as you will have to carry those extra kilos in your daily routine which could make you slow and lazy and ultimately you will find excuses to skip your daily goals, so beware what you eat in a day and make sure to take proper nutrition and vitamins your body needs to perform its bodily function. The daily average calories required by a normal male is 2500 and by a female is 2000 so if anyone interested in losing his weight has to take 2000 calories in a day if he is a male and 1500 calories if she is a female so in that way he or she can lose almost one pound per week depending upon their body and metabolism speed. However, one should not decrease his or her daily calories intake less than this as your body will not be able to function properly and you may feel some weakness and dizziness but you can try to burn those calories if you want to lose more kilos or pounds. And try to add some wholegrain items in your eating list followed by some healthy and good fats and try your best to maintain your daily calorie intake. I am also attaching the chart with details of their calories and nutrition so you can check some.
Quick daily moves for your body
Okay, what to do if you have a very busy schedule and you don't have any minutes to count, well you don't need to worry about you can still do a quick warm-up which would be enough for your body to recognise that an extra calorie burn. So this can involve any moving activity like walking, using stairs instead of the elevator, trying to do your basic routine tasks on your own, taking extra long-distance steps. All these will help your body to eliminate any lethargic feel or laziness. Always try to find different ways in which you can move, also try to stretch your arms, neck and legs at least once a week to regulate your blood flow throughout the body. Try to wake up early just before the sunrise and have fresh less polluted air and few glimpses of sunshine direct on your body you will feel less depressed and can feel the feeling of generated positive energy inside of you.
Limit or cut off artificial sweets
Yes, you need to limit your sugar intake if you really want to live a healthy life. Sugar has some significant impacts on our body though it was found during research that sugar is proved to be more addicted than drugs which quite surprising for those who are consuming a greater amount of it daily. Also, sugar is not good for our teeth as it can neutralize your saliva to more acidic medium which can cause many dental problems like cavities, plaque and teeth sensitivity. It also contributes to the gaining of weight as you were consuming more calories than normal.
Keep yourself hydrated:
Water is one of the best universal solvents you may find on earth. It can dissolve almost all the substance in it which is a good thing. Your body needs a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day which can be more or less as it varies from person to person depending on their daily physical activities. Water will hydrate your skin and removes dryness it also keeps your blood volume levelled. But you don't need to drink an excessive amount of water at once as it may reduce your sodium level which will not be good for your body.
In the end, also try to monitor your health with any fitness tracker or watch so that you may keep yourself aware of your general health. If you want me to write a blog on some of the best fitness trackers and how do they work then please let me know in the comment. Peace!
