Injuries in your lower legs You may face these types of injuries once in your running timeline if you have spent some time on the track. lower leg injuries mostly consist of muscle tearing or shin splint, and a stress fracture in the worst case, so you may feel uncomfortable due to pain if your body is suffering from any of these injuries during your run.
