As in our current situation where a pandemic has taken over our daily routine and we are forced to keep ourselves locked in our houses, there are several opportunities available for us which we can adopt to make our quarantine time productive and useful.
- Online Courses: There are thousands of free courses available for you online which you can select according to your own choice or the according to your required fields though these courses are free so chances are there that you will not get the certificate after its completion for that you can go for the paid one which will not cost you that much. You can select any time of the day on which you opted to do this course and developed your skills
- Try to read: Reading is one of the most effective ways to broadens your intellectual and improves your critical thinking so try to start a new book as it will a great way of passing your time also
- Workout: As you are spending an adequate amount of time at your home by sitting, so make sure to do some essential movements. Just try to give at least 30 min trying some basic exercises I am sure you will feel great
- Eat healthily?: Being in quarantine it is hard to maintain a healthy diet so as not to worry about you can eat whatever you want but make sure to eat in the right proportion and do your required movements to keep your self active and healthy.
