Do gadgets help you to stay motivated during a workout, in your daily routine or towards your fitness goal?


In this world of technology, we can track almost anything which could help us to stay motivated towards our fitness goal. We can adopt a new habit or a new lifestyle to pass through the barrier of our mental stresses. These tech devices proved to be effective but only in the early days of your craze, as after some time these things losses their value, as you have already passed your level of curiosity for these things. But generally, people have more attention towards gadgets of wearable. They like these wearables to wear in their daily routine to enhance their looks and track their daily fitness routine. And somehow these things really look great when you do a proper match up with your dressing. Also, it is important to update yourself with the coming technology. Otherwise, you will be left behind wondering how these things work. So my advice would be; don't be that guy.

Let's see which type of gadget can provide you which types of data and how it can be useful for a person who is looking to upgrade his looks and also looking to achieve his fitness goals in this period of a pandemic.

1. Your smartwatch:


Smartwatches have a huge spike in the demand of its consumer the past days. Almost everyone can be seen wearing these techy packs. Although, there are numerous brands available and each brand got something unique to offer to its consumer. But if we talk about the basic features, then each watch can offer you the tracking of your daily steps, 24/7 heart rate tracking option, Blood oxygen level(Optional) and different modes of workout to choose. You can choose any of the modes depending on the type of activity you intend to do. Smartwatches have one benefit, which is that you have an option to change different watch faces available in its synced app so, it wouldn't let you bored by keep watching the same face every time. Plus you can also change its strap depending on the occasion you are going to wear or according to your current mood. Some watches offer you large battery usage but mostly offer less. The general battery timing can vary from 2 to 7 days. And in a positive sense, you can say you are never going to run out of its battery like in a normal watch in which at some point you have to change its battery, as you can't charge it and that's my favourite feature of it. 

It is proved from the research that when we have data about our fitness routine or when we track our activity, we feel motivated and stay consistent towards our task.

2. Wireless AirPods or neckbands:


As being in my youth, I can say whenever I go for a run. I must have to take my neckbands or earphones to avoid the voices in my surroundings and to keep on moving without any distraction. It helps me a lot, especially if you are running on weekends when most peoples come to spend their evening. Also, when you are on a bus or while travelling, and you want to stay focus on your work or stay tranquil, then you can surely use your earphones. Today wireless earphones are very effective with features of noise cancellation and Bluetooth connectivity.  Noise cancellation helps you to reflect the voices from your surrounding, which is good for your eardrums. And you can listen more clearly, with more Bass in case of music and clear voices in case of a podcast. One thing which you may find irritating in these wireless earphones is a short battery timing. But this issue has been almost resolved, as companies these days offer you charging back up in its cases so you can charge whenever your earphones are low on battery. Generally, they support a continuous battery back up of 5 to 8 hours which is good enough for fair usage. In terms of looks and fashion, wireless pods do enhance your appearance, and you may find something different than usual.

While listening to your favourite song or podcast, your brain goes through a special process in which it reduces anxiety, improves your mood, enhances sleep quality and increases the mental alertness and memory. In the end, we can say that if usage is maintained promptly, then these gadgets can help us to enjoy small things in a great way.
